    Soooo !!! Telstra are going to become customer focused according to Thodey on inside Business ABC Sun Morning>

    and this is going to take another 3-5 years. well David how about somebody answer the phone when you try and call.

    What about an austrailan call centre where they have some enpathy with the caller.

    What about competitive call rates for mobiles.


    David David Davide....the customers just want to be loved and of course prefer an Australian company. So get competitive and spend the money on service..

    Don't just talk the talk.....
