I've been a customer of self wealth since the very early days (8years+) .
I've got a fairly significant portfolio, and over the years I really liked the platform. The low brokerage allowed me to swing trade stocks with tiny overheads. I I have done a little bit of research into Syfe, specifically looking through their client services agreement to understand how they manage capital and custodian ownership of funds, insolvency situations etc..
I'm a little bit on the fence as to whether I will continue using the platform post the acquisition, there's been no information shared around what Syfe plan to do with the platform. I'm assuming the acquisition was just a buyout the competition type, and customers will likely be migrated over to Syfe's existing brokerage platform.
I wanted to start this thread to hear from other customers on what they plan to do, will you continue using the platform or are you considering alternative brokers?
