reason it is going up is because got about $1.3mil from HK coming in, brokers are suggesting to buy, investment report +ve with EBITDA of $7.8mil and not a heavy traded stock so day-traders aren't taking positions that they need to churn over at a gain or loss but actual investors are buying for the L-T.
