Hi Lautrec.

Respectfully absolutely disagree.

Basically Coldry is ESI and ESI is Coldry - unless there is something I am missing in the sum of parts valuation of this company.The shareholders have put their money into one to get value out of the other.

Anybody (most especially the CEO) suggesting that value has increased (and i think he said exponentially) when

- capitalisation has gone down by 25-50% and,

- the shareholder who subscribed at 7.4c in June 08 is seriously underwater (80% loss)

is either deliberately misleading or something worse.

I have known this technology for maybe 5+ yrs, and i read the rest of the 11 pages with interest. I didn't notice anything that wasn't in the story 3 years ago. And the track record of achievement isn't looking too flash either, even allowing for Tincom, which was trumpeted by ESI, big time.

OK, going thru a board changeover, but my reading of investment and listed Company life is that the executives are responsible. The Board is a supervisory body, not an executive one - and maybe they are failing in one of the key supervisory tasks of a Board.
