re: cut off day for issue (for rocky) Nearly seems like bad news coming.. If not they are going about it the wrong way usually good news , share price goes up , offer cheap shares , everbody buys up .. all happy.
This seems like a money grab. Surely if they had any more contracts they would have made it known by now
