    I was thinking on the same line... the Receiver must have prior notice and plans.
    They were announced as Receiver yesterday - and bang!
    Here is the LPM - with at 15 months timeframe and 33% reduction... do you need to talk to someone - have a bit of to & fro before you can issue this statement - me think so!
