    Who's to say if/when CPSS sell the 100mil they hold it will be a bad thing?

    Maybe they might consider holding them if some of the proposed actions (through the PNO meeting) go through. If they dont hold any, they will be selling into friendlies and holders who may also be unsatisfied with JP.

    Interesting times but at .5 cents its a buy regardless of Rights Issue and Placement.
