It's a buy - but the short term trader may find better options elsewhere. For anyone else who is looking at a longer term picture, it is a buy, although we have probably not bottomed out yet. PEN has always survived and bounced back from strong announcements in the short term, and although we may be waiting on Karoo (which should be good but could be average or uninformative)there is probably still a bit more to go before we start climbing back up. Hyperbole cut as much as possible.....
