lots of talk about when/if umc is involved in corporate action. what i want to know is ....
when exactly do people predict we are we going to see umc offered JV or takeover. ?
i think its near, say two weeks.
what price ?
i reckon first bid lobs at $2.20
what position will management take ? ie: are we expecting them to recommend acceptance ... what's their price?
UMC management would want $5 wouldnt they ... but maybe accept $4
are these totally way off the beam predictions ....?
