    Raks, when those apples were sold to you there wasn't a billion on the books, and they had cash AND a whole lot of people pumping up those apples.

    I honestly wish you well, as I too would stand to gain from it. BUT IMHO I doubt it will achieve anything except more pain and plenty of legal fees for all over many long years.
