Hi leveller.have been on this one and buying on all dips for years but alas the next dip is always lower...But for what its worth as you can see from the announcements the directors have secured funding through their own channels.This I take as a sign of confidence in the eventual outcomes.So not only are the directors the major stock holders but now they are swinging in with personal risk at the finance level(as opposed to a bank )that said a friend told me thats because a bank wont touch it.almost a private company and not too much stock available since 50% ish was held by cim (now norvest )and you see the directors hold lots.The loan arrangement is now until 30 april 2010 and that SHOULD hold them up until the tata deal starts to produce fruit.Using an average to issue options MIGHT help the share price rise as opposed to a larger issuance at a low fixed price.A positive.Im wondering if the chinese wage earners money have been postponed because of missed sales targets.perhaps the managers are getting a bit tougher on some levels..So here we are .Im hoping the bus is just stalled and once over the hill will build momentum.With stimulus and pent up demand unleashed in china things may look very different in a few months (Ive been saying this to myself for a long time) Have a look at this ...google pickens plan and the g20...you should find a link to NPR(nation public radio)and have a listen to the talk fest with boon ,nancy polosy,and a host of other famous politicians etc .one of the large transports in us has just changed a third of their fleet to gas...So the message is getting out.SLOWLY I guess you have to be a long term thinker for this one..good luck.
