The problem with ACE is the very high interest rate being paid for finance, As well as paying 15% interest they have had to issue cheat options along with the high interest payment, I asked management why they didn't have an SPP to raise the funds when they were taking on the expensive loan and was told that none of the major shareholders were interested in participating. I sold out on that news but would consider reentering if that loan is repaid, Until then the financing is a killer. DYOR (talk to the management)
