Thinking about it, management will most likely only make an announcement when the debts are finally settled - they won't necessarily worry about telling the market that Ivy have settled up. If so, we will either hear tomorrow or Monday, which would no doubt be a source of great annoyance to those currently panicking out at 1.1c. Their shares could be worth quite a bit more if all proceeds to plan.
