I would steer clear of CKF,
It is loaded with debt, besides every KFC I see ( in WA) its always empty, filthy, the food sucks.
Remember health conscious people are buying this stuff less and less. This is not a warren buffet type business. Its 'moat' is its name, thats it.
If you take a punt, make it a small one. I may even simply because the price is so low. But only after Monday and only after I see some more financial statistics.
