More than a potential takeover, I am looking at a potential cornerstone investor coming on board which can result in a short term depression in the sp.

On the cash and cash flow side, we are quite fortunate that we don't have to worry about funding until well after the release of the revised PFS and the DFS or parts thereof.

But I reckon there is a very good chance that May or June might see some action regarding customers and/or a new investor for BGS.
