Yes, but I think the shorter is not them but an Australian Hedge fund who may have been investigated by ASIC in the past. As I said it takes a special kind to so aggressively short a company that is the only one treating, and seeking to treat children with horrible diseases. Why Clinuvel does not actively use the share buyback to address this issue is another question.
