Look at the strategy for epp/scenesse: a special drug, special deliver, special disease. MA is depending also on ema/fda not being paranoiac about potential cosmetic use. With an expensive implant and need for epp diagnose and seeing specialist doctor...chances of scenesse available for u and me is close to zero.
Cuv990 is delivered with topical cream for so called local application in stead of systemic. talking about that before approval is like shooting in ur own foot. They should never have mentioned it at all.
