Fact: you can be 'under the influence' / driving impaired by codeine based legal drugs (cold & flu medications) and/or morphine and heroin and yet you wont be picked up by new roadside saliva drug tests. Yet if you smoke a joint and get tested the next day, and even though you are not under the influence, you may fail the same test and lose your license.

I am not in favour of drug impaired driving but this is stupid and unfair!!!!
