    being unsteady on your feet however is not.

    What does that prove, nothing.

    Maybe he was out all night and felt tired, simple as that.

    he may be dealt with regarding the "no bloodtest" but what comes of it who knows.

    lawyers will use things such as harassment, malicious prosecution, probable cause and whatever else they can dig up to get him off.

    Could also say that BC was unaware of his rights at the time and didn't want the bloodtest without speaking to his lawyer first.

    So should he lose his career because he failed to have a blood test??
