Thanks also from me . It came as quite a surprise when I lodged my proxy vote against the resolutions. I was not aware of so many dissatisfied as I was. Having been away and now received the letter from "robbedbypirates" I'm surprised that the likes of Slater and Gordon wouldn't be interested in a class action against directors. To me there seems to be a case.

At the least we could try to get an injunction to stop any further dealings by these directors and associated entities. My feeling is that their debt would be contestible and the assets could be mothballed until an outcome.
