I agree if nothingelse it is absolutely CRITICAL we ensure that SHAREHOLDERS are on equal footing as C-note holders as to owners of CMR.

We are and continue to be led to believe that all C-note holders are totally UNSECURED.

Legal representation to the adminstrators at time of such requested of creditors is a must IMO.

U will have my signature on yr submission onsuch grounds.

Too many "accidental coincidences" last few months IMO and we must not succomb to final rape.

CMR should be left intact, C-note holders "paid out" at DISCOUNT and i dont mean more shares, i mean less DOLLARS worth payback appropriate to market conditions, and EVERYONE be offered rights issue at SAME rate to keep it afloat.

If i was owed a hundred bucks and faced the likelihood of losing it all, i would accept 30c back instead of nothing ie a 30 mill debt be negotiated down to 10 mill say and then equitised by prorata at same rate as shareholders are offered !!

We have ALL taken BIG hits and no time to play favourites now.

This has to be impressed upon administrators.

So yeah, being placed on same ranking as C-note holders is the key primary step to secure first and thats where the legal action should first focus cos its a fragile state of affairs right now.

Check out my thought son what other considerations / possible MO administrtaor should focus on for EQUALITY for all ... inc quarantine and inspecie out of ALL non JV assets as was the original intention before it was decided to keep it intact ... which sounded like a better idea at the time cos we didnt then know in what direction to look for the pirates ! Looks like they wave a dragon flag (no not mine below haha)

Another timely coincidence ... this time to negate the shareholders "yeahs" for equitisation odf debt at 42c at an invalid EGM hey ??? Was wondering what natural unforeseen market induced event was going to achieve that given sp was nowhere near that level immediately prior. Learning something new each day hey ?

I hope the admistrators are truly independent ... sorry for my increasing cynicism these days.
