in an earlier post watso mentioned that frozen chips were cheaper than potatoes - but watso picked up cheap carrots and onions ..

watso had been thinking about posting what he did with the carrots and onions - but ended up with some tasty creamy carroty onion feed - which is used as a base - ie just add some frozen diced cooked sausages that watso has in the freezer.

just 4 onions and 1kg of carrots - then cream, roasted curry powder, fetta cheese (just to get rid of it) and any other out of code sauces that might be hiding in the fridge, or pantry .

simply caramelize the onions - then add carrots and everything else (including enough water to just cover the mix) - and start the cooking process on the induction cooker - then finish in the solar cooker - when cooked, then stir in some flour to thicken it ..

YUMMY YUMMY - that was dinner with some added diced snags..

breakfast was frozen chips (there were still a few packs in the shop - not many) - done in the air fryer - then rtc smoked cod in sandwiches with sauce ...

lol midnight and feeling peckish - but the strategy is not to eat anything till about 8am
