I am sure the big instos are not going to risk $21 million for a mere 20% gain ,or they would have done that last year after PRR announced they were listing on the NASDAQ, and they would have made 300% , even if they bought on mkt.

In my mind PRR is now going from a highly speculative company, now to a company with growth prospects that are finaaly going to make it some money, even if their costs are huge this is just the beginning - and this is why I think the Instos are only now buying Prima.
