Well depends which approvals you mean Missrosie. FDA only governs US. That said, I too am a bit surprised that it is not specifically mentioned that a Dubai or other M/Eastern regulator has approved.
Hope tomorrow official announcement with clarify these things.

My query is to know if the US$517m talking about Ovarian only in the MEast or all cancers. I would have thought that with the size of the MEast (quite large) it must be talking only about Ovarian.
