Good point Greg, and thanks for obtaining such an insightful reply from the Company.
The understanding was that the original funds sought were solely for the phase III financing, so perhaps this is why the company allowed a marginally higher allocation to the inst & sophs. Wonder if this will cause more funds to be raised via the spp, and hence diminish the expected scale back if oversubscribed.
