I can see some possible scenarios panning out here.

One would have to assume that there are facilities already available for CVAC, which will be used for the trials.

Now I read somewhere that the blood can be frozen, and that frozen blood can then be used for the treatment schedule. So...it is possible that Dubai may freeze the patients blood and send it off, have it treated, and then sent back to Dubai.

Secondly...it maybe that because Dubai realize the potential of CVAC for various cancers, that they may invest in manufacturing facilities in Dubai, at their own cost, and receive frozen blood from elsewhere to treat. I would imagine this is a possibility and that Dubai may enter into an agreement with Prima Biomed, if they go down this path, and seek a small royalty for using their facility for each treatment they process.
