There is no way that PRR would allow another entity or company to operate a production facility for the production of the Cvac vaccine.
Firstly because this would be a major risk in terms of quality assurance and production standards. FDA for example not only license the product for use, they also require inspection and licensing of the manufacturing facilities.
Secondly, it would have potential issues in relation of the protection of the IP
Finally, PRR would not want to dilute its revenue stream.
