Well spotted sheepdog. Notwithstanding any alleged or suspected delays caused to NL; Does anyone believe this patent conflict issue should be disclosed to the ASX and shareholders in the form of an announcement. I do.
It's not that big a deal, only a branding name, and probably not stalling business as usual. What does concern me is finding this out through second hand sources. A bit of transparency goes a long way with instilling confidence in a company.
