The fact is that many of the people complaining are sitting on paper losses and they jumped in to capitalise on the NL. Since then the SP has dropped 25% + and they want and IMO deserve an update. Thats fair if you ask me. It has been nearly a whole year since the original application was supposedly filled out. I remember 7 months ago it was just a couple weeks away.
