Can someone explain if this vaccine is already in production or still in the process. I read they are in the midst of commercializing it in Dubai. It says treatment can be had in Dubai and the cost is $96000 a yr. So if it has not started manufacturing it, how can they say treatment is available in Dubai?
Now I should have noted the site I read this. It is under Q and A section but I cant seem to find that site now.
