Just to clear up a few points.
The Dubai City Hospital initiative is a "Pilot commercialisation" project for Cvac. As I understand it, the company wants to trial 'real world' treatment models for patients. It has been delayed until just recently as a result of waiting for the TGA to approve the Australian manufacturing.
PRR has stated categorically thet they do not expect "significant revenue from Dubai in 2012" so lets not hype ourselves up over what this will generate and have unrealistic expectations of the near term income stream.
In relation to how long to manufacture and ship, the question is not really relevant as Cvac is a vaccine that is personalised for each indiviual patient. Theier white cells are taken and sent to Aust for vaccine processing. The vaccine is then flown back to the treatment centre to begin the course of injections.
