I expect Shareholders (who choose a class action) because they rank well behind noteholders and creditors will in fact end up with very little. Please note as stated previously IMF and Maurice Blackburn will ensure they also get paid before shareholders get a cent. They are not working for free.
So I believe little hope of a meaningful return.
A POSITIVE RESULT - I hope Andrew Peacock, Adams and Michael King are brought to account for their actions over this dreadful scandalous situation.
This has financially damaged thousands of innocent Australian investors. Several may die early because of the extreme stress this has caused them and their families
