I just read the ASX ann dated 02/07/09

Europe Voyager has bought the shares OSH owned in GVH
and the 2. statement about the loan notes has me baffled.
OSH had GVH issued loan notes? and has sold them to EVH?
Have I got that right?

Too difficult for me to follow but all subject to a number of conditions including regulatory proceedings which are required to be satisfied by August 31 2009.

Perhaps we'll have the Court proceedings/decisions by then?
I wish they would expand these announcements and explain ,what regulatory proceedings?..
Just how the claim was dropped, at what price to sale price and why, would be worth knowing but non disclosure could be what makes for such deals.imo.

CVC has picked up a valuable asset that fits with other assets and could benefit Australian interests if they are half efficient, too bad I bought shares in the same assets with the same management at a time that short selling margin lending and credit retrieving occured.

I hope some educated participants have seen what I have seen on this journey and can use it in the future to hold onto their next venture that Australians invest their hard earned savings into.
