I guess they could. I think they've got to prove the viability of the FS side first as investors and analysts alike are having a hard time valuing the company, so a prospective buyer would be in the exact same position.
A positive outcome from the review could bring buyers (for the FS business or the whole of MFS) out of the woodwork (which could in turn make it more of a hold than a sell) but not until then. So I guess there's going to be very little happening until that point.
