I agree with concerned in light of the fact that the SP has crapped itself it does seem like a planned sell down which is just the beginning.
I don’t think Steve could have offloaded all his shares as it would have tanked.
I think though Steve will want to get more of his $$$ out look for this to happen either in 6 months or even a year.
