I'm not so sure an IPO background exit plan strategy can be ruled out. Wouldn't Steve's and associated pre-IPO internal parties shares be held in escrow until IPO+2yrs under ASX rules?
I think the time to watch for a gradual sell off is from Sep-2017 if my memory serves?
The next thing to look for would be a significant shareholder change declaration, for of course ... "personal reasons".
