IMHO.....mate everyone has their price.....even BHP...FMG and Twiggy and Co will be no different.
I have read every release by FMG.
When a takeover happens it could well be friendly or hostile, I really do not know at this point.
I agree the current market price is no indication of what may be put forward in price.
Time will tell who is right and wrong regarding a takeover but it will happen my friend.
When at this point it may happen I doubt VALE management or anyone else for that matter can pinpoint.....but at any sign of credit problems (I dont think this will now happen) as FMG is starting to look healthy slowly you can bet your bottom dollar predators will soon emerge......
Next six-twelve months is my prediction but who knows what tomorrow will bring regarding the market conditions, its doubtful before Xmas I would say anyone will consider a takeover but it must be a consideration.
All theory above...but it will soon pan out in due course.
