The first time we saw a picture of the DMS plant was in the monthly update of Feb 25, only a few weeks ago. The uupdate reads:
" Equipment purchase orders have been negotiated to acquire for Nhefo one 100 tonnes per hour DMS plant, one 50 tonnes per hour DMS plant and one 20 tonnes per hour DMS plant. "
Now, what does that mean? Does it mean orders have been PLACED or order terms and prices have been negotiated but order is yet to be placed?
This is the first we have heard of equipment orders .. it wasn't in January's report BUT we see a picture of DMS module well advanced.
Not only is the structure welded but already spray painted, and with finishing touch hand rails fitted and steps being welded. The motors are all in place. The damn thing looks like its a nearly finished "module" and we have "just negotiated" purchase terms.
I wonder who the real owner of that DMS module equipment is?
