Africa isn't a waste, it's resource rich.
South Africa is a good example of how a country can make large amounts of revenue due to diversified resources alone...
Many other African countries are resource rich but the problem is that they only think short term and are out to make a quick buck... and the fact that most of the African governments are corrupt to the core with no watchdog agency's in sight.
