CVI say they want to be a producer in the "medium to long term". They said that in Indonesia and it never happened, nor did anything come of their technology foray. They will issue heaps more shares into any share price lift, going on past history. Good luck.
If Valentine and/or Stokes Bay comes in, EMR will be in production in the short to medium term with holdings right next door, in a stable country, with proven partners who have the muscle to make thing happen.
