Is it the brokers fault???.... I dont think so.

Picture this.... he is sitting there.. the phone rings.... a good client rings and says I have 50,000,000 shares for you to place before end of June 2009.

The broker is good at his job.... matter of fact he is the best.

1. Client says.... do the best you can.... dont upset the market to much..... but remember the time line..... just get the best average

2. There is X% commision in it for you when job is finished.

3. By the way... try and steady price as we will have another 30,000,000 at the end of July.

4. Client gives excuse.... sorry to put the pressure on you but I need a certain amount of cash before a certain date...or its tax time... I can claim the losses... take your pick

4. Client says..I am out of it now... I will be overseas in fact.... drop me an email each day and tell me how its going

Now the question is.... should the broker say... no he doesnt want he business.... this is what he does for a living.....
