These big players are momentum traders I'd say. They see a trend and exploit it. Sell down, hold at price, or buy up.

CVI looks so strong today relative to the over-all market so I'd expect they'd shove it up, if indeed they were going to be players today.

Their agressive moves seem to occur in the last couple of hours of trade.
