This one looks interesting. I dont know what they are hatching but the bid depth is there finally and it wont take too much to move the stock higher as most of the register is on the US side. The rights issue is closing up this week so they will be cashed up and ready to put a project in. Nibbling away here, looking for a couple of size sellers so I can grab a block.
