    Excelsior, I noticed they did the rights issue to explore opportunities in U and oil and gas - has real potential this one I think. Mkt cap at 4c (rights issue price) is $6.7m ie FA.. get a decent project into it and there's no reason why it shouldn't trade 3 or 4 times that.
