Last I heard CVI had agreed to purchase 100% of Petro Energy...

    Last I heard CVI had agreed to purchase 100% of Petro Energy Africa and Petro Energy Africa owns 57% of Turnberry Resources, which in turn held 70% of Matanda PH72 (for 40 m shares and $4.5m).

    However, this was subject to shareholder approval and as far as I know definitive agreements have not been signed as yet (?).
