Ever played monopoly? You know how it works right? The good old Parker Brothers (now Hasbro) board game that was a hit.
You pass go, get your $200 and buy property, then houses and hotels. Once someone lands on your space they pay rent and you get richer until you bankrupt your other players and 'own' the board and win.

The market is kind of the same, but players can borrow money to expand which is why we're in this sub-prime mess. Money just got too.....cheap.
You can value CVI at whatever you want; however, forces greater than you say it is what it is. Sometimes as you can appreciate, stocks get oversold and overbought thus true valuations are somewhat distorted. The market is creaming any stock that is borrowing money to expand, because if anyone of these lands on a hotel on Park Lane / Mayfair and has to pay out substantially, then it's virtually all over for a protracted period or even forever. Look at BNB, once a goliath now selling off satellites to meet obligations. ABS even worse.

I have it on the QT that an announcement will be issued late next week on CVI. Let's wait and see.

Heyjohn, I'll take your shares at 20c in exchange for a forward dated cheque 29 Sep 2015. OK?
