Just to clarify, in case there is any confusion, my post was in response to post immediately before it by rikkki referring to "a mate who was embezzled by a mortgage broking business."

It referred to the definition of activities that may or may not be outside the jurisidiction of ASIC or ASX.

It did not refer to or mention any company other than ASIC or ASX.

They were merely definitions taken from dictionary internet sites for readers to publicly discuss and draw their own conclusions one way or another about the powers of ASIC and ASX.
