I understand your frustration.
The actions you list relate to brokers and other market participants and would fall under the juristiction of ASX not Asic.
ASX will never take action for as long as they earn revenue from these activities. It is a disgrace.

Asic is different. Yes, they are slow and frustrating but they MUST act with great care. Sometimes things are obvious but Asic MUST have watertight proof. That is the difficult bit.
