    Rok - thanks for the response. I got in and out of this one a little while ago and did nicely. Whether the company is going OK or not, ultimately the lack of professionalism from mgt would (and did) worry me. If you can't write a decent 1 page announcement, what else can't thry do very well!! Good luck.
