Someone will need to show me where CVN have a problem with WA-523-P because although I have looked I cannot find any reference that the permit is in a disputed area or reference its part of any arbitration.
CVN to my knowledge have not even mentioned a problem with the Buffalo permit unless I missed it.
Technical studies have been on going without any complaint from Timor Leste.
As far as I can see arbitration was terminated last year by the parties involved.
